Atlas, Lake Walk Town Center Announce P.O.V. as First Tenant
(COLLEGE STATION, Texas) – ATLAS – the premier corporate campus in the Brazos Valley – and Lake Walk, the new town center featuring lifestyle and outdoor pursuits, announce specialty coffee shop and cafe P.O.V. as Lake Walk’s first tenant.
Opening in late spring, P.O.V. will offer coffee, charcuterie, cheeses, grab-and-go lunches, wine and beer. Located steps away from The Stella, Lake ATLAS, the park and pavilion, P.O.V. will provide a comfortable yet sophisticated atmosphere that allows guests to savor the moment and share their point of view.
“We are thrilled to welcome P.O.V. as the first tenant of Lake Walk,” says Spencer Clements, Principal, ATLAS and Traditions Development. “P.O.V. provides an ideal opportunity for patrons to enjoy a diverse menu in a fantastic setting.”
Regional flair will be prominent throughout P.O.V., from the Lone Star feel exuded in the architectural design by Austin-based firm Clayton & Little, to the Merit Roasting Coffee Co., specialty blends sourced from around the world and roasted daily in San Antonio.
The pedestrian-friendly, wellness-focused Lake Walk offers an upscale reprieve from the hustle-and-bustle of student-focused retail, restaurant and housing dominating the Brazos Valley. The Stella and the five-acre Lake ATLAS will be the focal points of the 180,000 square-foot town center.
With an emphasis on wellness and an appreciation of a healthy lifestyle, Lake Walk is the perfect place for one to begin and end their day. By incorporating the “A-Trail” – a linear trail system of over two miles of parks, trails, ponds, Lake ATLAS and wellness amenities, the town center will be the hub of activities in Bryan/College Station.
